WRR Key Features

Record Work Request from Various Sources:

WRR offers a versatile approach to work request management, enabling you to record work from various sources, such as asset condition ratings, routine maintenance, or public complaints.  It functions not only as a scheduling tool but also as an efficient complaint management system, showcasing its adaptability and wide range of applications.

Request Inspection and Record Results:

WRR empowers managers by enabling them to request work inspections and review the results once the inspection is complete.  This feature equips managers with the necessary information to make informed decisions about the work, enhancing the efficiency of the decision-making process.

Link Documents and Images to Request for Easy Access:

WRR allows document and image files to be linked to a work request.  The files can then be opened from WRR, saving time and avoiding having to search for the files.  Managers can make better-informed decisions by linking such items as site images taken by inspectors.

Print Scheduling Reports:

The scheduling reports enable you to print the required activities for crew work requests.  The report also enables crews to record the work accomplished for simplified entry back into WRR, allowing managers to identify the work request's progress quickly.

Integrates With Data Viewer:

WRR integrates with Data Viewer, enabling the user to access its powerful analysis, querying, and reporting features.

Microsoft SQL Server™ Databases:

Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and newer are supported database engines. When Microsoft releases a new version of SQL Server, we quickly add support for it.
